If yes then you have come to the right place :) I have overcome years of dieting, restricting and binge cycles and I am here to tell you that it is possible to overcome this and have a healthy and happy relationship with food.
During 1:1 coaching we work together to do the deep inner work to heal your relationship with food. I support clients to let go of dieting and be able to listen to their own body’s needs. As a health coach I provide a safe space to come to for support and hold my clients accountable to their goals and desires.
I offer around the clock support to my clients, helping them to support their individualized health goals and achieve a healthier relationship with food.
3-Month Signature FOod Freedom coaching program:
Two 60-min long sessions per month (6 total)
Ongoing email support between sessions
Recap notes after each session
Personalized goals to work on at the end of each session. Feedback provided on goals in between sessions.
Accountability to goals
*Longer programs are available based on the individual's needs by a 3-month minimum is required
