Hi! I'm Jenn. I am a Holistic Health Coach, lover of all things peanut butter, and passionate about helping others to heal their relationship with food.
One of the biggest reasons I wanted to become a health coach was because I wish I had this type of support when I was struggling with my relationship with food. I spent many years of my life going through restricting and binge eating cycles and had always wished I had this type of support when I was struggling.
It was not until I did the deep inner work to learn that food was not the problem at all, the problem was the relationship I had with myself. I not only learned to change the inner dialogue I had with myself but I also learned how to slow down and listen to my body's needs.
Through tools that have helped me to form a healthy relationship with food and my education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I am now able to help clients to heal their relationship with food and find peace with their body. I show my clients that they do not need to diet or restrict themselves in order to reach their health goals. I help my clients find an intuitive approach to eating and learn how to truly listen to their body's needs. My clients are able to become the best versions of themselves and feel truly confident.
