A weekend dedicated to connecting back to your mind, body, and you.

Hosted at The Shore House in North Wildwood, NJ, join us for an immersive, all-inclusive weekend retreat focused on connecting the mind and body.

Mind

During the retreat weekend we will be focusing on the mind through meditation and journaling. Through meditation sessions and journaling prompts you will hopefully be able to leave the retreat with more clarity, focus and a sense of mental peace.

Body

We will be focusing on the body throughout the retreat weekend through calming yoga classes, an energized yoga sculpt class, beach walks, as well as delicious and nourishing foods.

You

You will be able to connect back to yourself on the retreat through reiki sessions, yoga classes, as well as actionable tips and inspiration from a live podcast and a cooking demo.

 

 

The Location

The Shore House

The Shore House is a new boutique, home-share styled accommodation created for the modern traveller. The Shore House is located in North Wildwood, NJ just off the beach and world-famous boardwalk. The Shore House features a beautiful communal courtyard lounge featuring lawn games, fire pits and bikes.

The Food

WHOLESOME, delicious & Allergy Friendly

All of the food will be prepared by the incredible baker and cook, Erin Morrissey. Erin is the health and wellness blogger behind Erin Lives Whole, a food blog with delicious and easy healthy recipes that will leave you feeling good. There will be gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan/vegetarian options all available depending on your diet needs. Erin will also be leading a cooking/baking demo to share some inside tips on how to make some of her yummy recipes.

What’s Included?

  • 2-night stay at the Shore House (Private and shared room options are available)

  • All meals, snacks, and desserts will be covered (Friday night dinner, all meals Saturday, and Sunday brunch)

What’s Not Included?

  • Transportation to the retreat location

  • Closest Airports: Philadelphia and Atlantic City. The retreat location is a 90-minute drive from Philly or a 30-minute drive from Atlantic City, NJ.

  • Yoga mat. Please bring your own yoga mat.

*If you are coming alone and want to stay in a shared apartment we can match you with another retreat guest. If you are coming with someone on the retreat and want to share a room with them please make us aware of this so we can accommodate accordingly.
